Colluding masonic lodges and governments must surrender without terms the authority of the hyper-governmental President of the Planet to a civilian of Hellenic origin (not a member of G.H.Rees) nominated by G.H.Rees – forming the Supreme Council of Planetary and National Security of “U.N.O.” (United Nations Organisation) countries. This civilian will have the authority to select and found the Planetary Global Government “999” with one-third of the ministers from Christian countries, one-third from Islamic Countries, and the rest from Buddhist Countries and terrestrial races. The Chinese, Koreans, Tibetans, Hebrews, and Saxons are to be excluded, as they criminally planned the First, Second, and forthcoming Third World War.
