A Draconian creation, resident of Selene/Levan for 2000 years from where he coordinates religious warfare.  Probably reincarnated to hurry up the Armageddon Project.

Also a central fictional character invented by the 5D, multi-named, hyper-technologist Sin, the god of this place who dictated religions to his scribes and mediums.  Sin's Draconian New Testament depicts Jesus addressing matters of the light and the dark, thereby helping establish religious polarity policy.
