The so called "Vulcan zone" is a zone that stretches from the surface of the sun up to approximately the orbit of planet Mercury. Hephaestus and Phaethon were two planets destroyed by the invading Draconians for refusing to cooperate with them. Hephaestus was between the Sun and Mercury and Phaethon between Mars and Jupiter. Hephaestus debris was sucked toward the Sun and Phaethon is now the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Debris, including structures, fell down on Earth.
