Lingchi began around 900 years after appearance of the hyper-technologically supported magickian, Jesus Christ.  It was outlawed in 1905, although Mao's Chinese Communists used it against rivals and enemies up until the 1970's.

Liu Shaoqi was President of the People's Republic of China and Deputy Chairman of the Communist Party and Mao was jealous of his successful policies.  Mao's Wife, Jiang Qing, described Liu Shaoqi as a poisonous counter-revolutionary who should die by Lingchi.  Contrarily, she also desired that Liu be kept alive to serve as a "living target".

Given that Masonic Arch Rabbinae are directed by Hong/Hung (Chinese Freemasonry), it seems pertinant to quote Chabad Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburgh, from his column in The Jewish Week newspaper, 26 April 1996, pp. 12, 31: "There is something infinitely more holy and unique about Jewish life than non-Jewish life... (So, the) Torah would probably permit..." a Jew to steal a goi's liver for a Jew.

Lingchi is a profitable Chinese industry.  Hearts, livers, lungs, and eyes are reportedly cut from living bodies and sold to the rich and implanted into sick communist officials.
